Ricotta Scrambled Eggs

Like Gary says....I shouldn't experiment with guests. So, today I tried a little ditty just for him. Another one of those" easy as pie" treats that was sooooooo easy. All I did was scramble eggs with chives and then added just a dollop or so of ricotta cheese at the end. The flavors were perfect together and on top of Annie's Toast....yuuuuum.... just the best yet. Annie is a baker around here that I really believe bakes the best bread. I think I have mentioned this before. Hope you get a chance to try it when you make it to these parts for a visit....see you soon. m
